Once you’ve signed up for membership you’ll receive a call to discuss your preferences that will help us design a custom experience for all of your Feinstein’s at the Nikko visits.

*Ticket exchanges can be made via e-mail or phone only. Exchanges must be requested at least 12-hours prior to concert time. Exchanges from artist-to-artist can be made on a per-case basis. 

** Complimentary tickets must be used during your one-year membership.

*** Full refunds will be made available for up to four concerts a year to Friends of Feinstein's members. Refund requests must be made in writing at least four-days prior to the printed concert date and are only good on up to two tickets per concert / event.
