About This Event

Franc D'ambrosio
Join Franc D'Ambrosio on a nostalgic stroll through one of his favorite cities as he joyously celebrates the music and magic of the holidays.

The moment Franc steps up to the microphone, you will immediately get into the spirit of the season with classics like "Here Comes Santa Claus" and "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas." You'll enjoy hearing Broadway standards such as Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" and "My Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music, followed by Franc's Nativity Medley, including "The Little Drummer Boy," "Do You Hear What I Hear?" and his heart-stopping rendition of "O Holy Night."

Franc will "Ring Those Christmas Bells" while performing his own special version of "Jingle Bells" and "Silver Bells," and then invite you to imagine peeking into New York's iconic window displays as you sing along to "Let It Snow," "Deck the Halls," "Frosty the Snowman" and his playful "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus." Of course, it wouldn't be Christmas in New York without stepping into St. Patrick's Cathedral as Franc leads you in a medley of church carols, including "O Come All Ye Faithful," "Away in a Manger" and "Silent Night."

Like a parting gift tucked under the Christmas tree, Franc leaves you with the songs that made him famous -- "The Music of the Night" from The Phantom of the Opera, and "Speak Softly Love" from Godfather III. There may be no place like home for the holidays, but there's no one like Franc D’Ambrosio to take you there.

Joining Franc on stage is Stephanie Lynne Smith, who has served as Mr. D’Ambrosio’s collaborator, musical director and pianist for his critically acclaimed one-man shows throughout the United States since 2012. Ms. Smith is an active music coach and producer in the Bay Area and Oregon’s Willamette Valley. During pandemic, her students in the Miss Smith Presents studio raised over $15,000 through livestream performances for non-profits such as the Henry Ohloff Recovery House (San Francisco), Home Youth Services (Salem) and Immigrant Families Together (national).
