Seating

Feinstein's at the Nikko is one of San Francisco's most intimate venues with full stage views from all tables. While the pricing for Sections 1 & 2 are the same, patrons who wish to sit closer to the stage should select Section 1, while those preferring a little distance from the stage should choose Section 2. Section 3 offers equally fantastic stage viewing at slightly reduced rates.

Exact seating locations are not assigned until the night of the performance and are based your chosen section and on a first-arrived basis. Preferred table options are available for our Friends of Feinstein’s members and those dining at Anzu Restaurant before the performance. When you order tickets you are guaranteed seating in the section you have ordered. Due to the intimacy of the venue, we have limited opportunities to seat large parties together, but try our best to accommodate all requests.

Guests who purchased tickets separately but requesting to sit together may do so by calling in a request to the box office at least 48-hours prior to the performance. Please note: as performances often sell out, all special seating requests may be difficult to be fulfilled but every effort will be made by Feinstein’s staff to accommodate.

ADA Accessibility

Feinstein’s at the Nikko and the Nikko Hotel are ADA accessible. To arrange ADA seating, or to enquire about assistance in arriving, departing, the use of assisted listening devices or other concerns, please call the Manager of Patron Services in advance of your arrival at 415.394.1167.

Food and Beverage

There is a $20 per-person minimum at all performances once patrons have been seated in the venue. Our menus can be viewed online and include light-bites, full meals, delectable desserts, and a full list of cocktails, spirits, brews and non-alcoholic delights. Patrons may bring their own wine and pay $25.00 per bottle corkage fee. An 18% gratuity is added to all guest checks. For patrons seeking a more upscale dining experience, we invite you to explore the menu at the acclaimed Anzu, located above Feinstein’s at the Nikko. Those with pre-show dining reservations at Anzu are given priority seating opportunities and should check in with the Feinstein’s host before their reservation. Please note: those with Anzu reservations are still required to adhere to the $20 per-person minimum once seated in Feinstein’s.

Age Requirement

Feinstein’s at the Nikko is suitable for any mature, young (and young at heart!) persons. Please, no babes in arms. Some shows contain adult themes and content can vary artist to artist—parental guidance is always suggested when purchasing seats for minors. All patrons must have a ticket.

Refunds / Cancellations

There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once tickets have been purchased. If you’re unable to make a performance, you may call the Feinstein’s Box Office at 866.663.1063 to place them under another name or to let us know you’re unable to make the performance. All notices are greatly appreciated.

A Warning: Third Party Ticket Resellers

At this time, Feinstein’s at the Nikko does not issue physical tickets—all tickets are available at will-call only at the Feinstein’s host stand. Patrons are discouraged from purchasing tickets from unauthorized resellers. At this time Feinstein’s at the Nikko sells tickets through its website, hosted by Vendini Ticketing, Goldstar and TodayTix. Tickets purchased through any other outlet may not be honored at the door.

Sold Out Performances

Due to the intimate size of the venue, seating opportunities for sold out performances are rare. Patrons are invited to come to the Feinstein’s host-stand where a wait-list will be started 90-minutes prior to curtain time. Patrons must be present to add themselves to the list. Only two tickets per patron may be requested.
