Safety Protocols

Welcome to Feinstein’s at the Nikko!

Please read our updated policies regarding mask-wearing below.

All patrons must be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination by all parties must be shown before entering.

Feinstein’s at the Nikko has reopened with the health and safety of our patrons, artists and staff as our top priority. All protocols and safety measures are in-line with the standards and guidelines as set forth by the City and County of San Francisco.

We are proud to have been a vaccination only destination since opening in May 2021 and setting the standard for audience-based events during this time.

All patrons must be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination by all parties must be shown before entering. Proof can be in the form of your vaccination card, a digital photo on your phone, or proof through an official web-based Covid-vaccination registry system (including the state of CA or recognized health-care providers). In all cases, the name of patron, the date of last vaccination shot and a matching photo-ID must be made available at time of entry.

Following the updated guidelines as set forth by the City of San Francisco, guests will be required to wear masks at all times while in Hotel Nikko and in our performance spaces. All patrons are required to wear a mask anytime you’re not eating or drinking, including every time a server approaches the table.

We have opened at a greatly reduced seating capacity—seating will be limited for all events. All seats have full views of the stage. All parties will be seated at least six-feet from one another.

All tickets are sold as “General Admission” and are not assigned until the evening of the show. Seating will be based on party size, arrival time, and is up to the discretion of the management. For parties larger than two (2), we will make every effort to seat the entire party together.

Spacing, capacity and social distancing play an instrumental role in maintaining a safe environment for us all. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we operate to maintain all safety guidelines.
