FAQs

Health and Safety

Feinstein’s at the Nikko will be opening with the health and safety of our patrons, artists and staff as our top priority. All protocols and safety measures are in-line with the standards and guidelines as set forth by the City and County of San Francisco.

Due to the intimacy of the club, all patrons must be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination by all parties must be shown before entering.

Guests are required to wear masks at all times while in Hotel Nikko lobbies, or when entering or exiting the club. Once seated at your table, guests are able to remove their masks, if they wish.

Box Office

Tickets for all Feinstein’s at the Nikko events are available online through FeinsteinsSF.com or Ticketmaster.com. At this time, we are unable to take phone orders.

Most performances sell out, but if seats are available, tickets can be purchased one-hour prior to curtain time at the Feinstein’s check-in podium in the Hotel Nikko lobby.

At this time, there is a maximum of four (4) tickets per order.

Doors open 45-minutes prior to curtain time.

If you have questions regarding upcoming productions, or have special seating needs, please e-mail us at feinsteins@hotelnikkosf.com.

Ticketing / Seating

We are opening at a greatly reduced seating capacity—seating will be limited for all events. All seats have full views of the stage. All parties will be sat at least six-feet from one another.

All tickets are sold as “General Admission” and are not assigned until the evening of the show. Seating will be based on party size, arrival time, and is up to the discretion of the management. For parties larger than two (2), we will make every effort to seat the entire party together.

Spacing, capacity and social distancing play an instrumental role in maintaining a safe environment for us all. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we operate to maintain all safety guidelines.

Feinstein’s at the Nikko uses Ticketmaster.com as its ticketing vendor. There are many useful features, including the transferring of tickets to members of your party or friends, should you not be able to make a performance. We suggest downloading the Ticketmaster app where all ticket purchases are automatically stored. You must set up a Ticketmaster account to activate all special features.

ADA Accessibility

Feinstein’s at the Nikko and the Nikko Hotel are ADA accessible. To arrange ADA seating, or to enquire about assistance in arriving, we suggest purchasing your tickets to secure your seats, and then send us an email at feinsteins@hotelnikkosf.com. Please make sure your email includes the name of the person who purchased the ticket, the show and date you are attending, a brief note explaining your seating needs, and a phone number where we can call you back. Every effort will be made to call you back within 24-hours.

Food and Beverage

Hotel Nikko’s acclaimed drink menus are available for ordering at all Feinstein’s at the Nikko events. In-club food service has been discontinued at this time.

There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once tickets have been purchased. If you’re unable to make a performance, you may email your tickets to a friend using the Ticketmaster app.

Dress Code

Our patrons are invited to express their personal style when attending performances at Feinstein’s at the Nikko.

Length of Shows

Performances typically last 75-90 minutes, although the content and length of each show is designed by the presenting artist.

Meet & Greet Opportunities

In order to maintain the safety of our artists and our guests, we will not be offering Meet and Greet opportunities.

A Warning: Third Party Ticket Resellers

At this time, Feinstein’s at the Nikko does not issue physical tickets. All tickets are available at will-call only at the Feinstein’s host stand. Patrons are discouraged from purchasing tickets from unauthorized resellers. At this time Feinstein’s at the Nikko sells tickets through its website, hosted Ticketmaster.com, Goldstar and TodayTix. Tickets purchased through any other outlet may not be honored at the door.

Sold Out Performances

Due to the intimate size of the venue, seating opportunities for sold out performances are rare. Patrons are invited to come to the Feinstein’s host-stand where a wait-list will be started 90-minutes prior to curtain time. Patrons must be present to add themselves to the list. Only two tickets per patron may be requested.
