FAQs

Health and Safety

Feinstein’s at the Nikko has reopened with the health and safety of our patrons, artists and staff as our top priority. All protocols and safety measures are in-line with the standards and guidelines as set forth by the City and County of San Francisco.

At this time, patrons may choose their own comfort level in regards to wearing a mask while attending performances. Should the City of San Francisco or State of California reinstitute masking requirements or vaccine checks, we will update our policies.

Box Office

Tickets for all Feinstein’s at the Nikko events are available online through FeinsteinsSF.com. At this time, we are unable to take phone orders.

Many performances sell out early and we suggest you purchase tickets early. We have no in-person box office and the best way to guarantee tickets to any event is to purchase prior to your arrival at Hotel Nikko.

Unless otherwise stated, doors open 60-minutes prior to curtain time.

If you have questions regarding upcoming productions, or have special seating needs, please e-mail us at feinsteins@hotelnikkosf.com.

Ticketing / Seating

Our intimate venue is set up as cabaret style seating. All seats have full views of the stage and are either at cabaret tables or our side-by-side “counter-top” seating.

All tickets are sold as “General Admission” and are not assigned until the evening of the show.

Preferred / pre-reserved seating is available to our Friends of Feinstein’s members, and for patrons who have reservations at Restaurant Anzu, located directly above the nightclub. For reservations, please visit restaurantanzu.com/

General Admission seat locations are based on party size, arrival time, and is up to the discretion of the management. For parties larger than two (2), we will make every effort to seat the entire party together.

If you would like to sit with a party that made their own ticket purchase, please email us at least 24-hours prior to show time so that we may try and seat your parties together. We cannot guarantee seating together for parties that purchased separately, but make every effort to do so.

We are a ticketless venue! You will receive a confirmation email at time of purchase. Upon checking in at Feinstein’s for your concert, we will ask you the name of the ticket purchaser for entry.

ADA Accessibility

Feinstein’s at the Nikko and the Nikko Hotel are ADA accessible. To arrange ADA seating, or to enquire about assistance in arriving, we suggest purchasing your tickets to secure your seats, and then send us an email at feinsteins@hotelnikkosf.com. Please make sure your email includes the name of the person who purchased the ticket, the show and date you are attending, a brief note explaining your seating needs, and a phone number where we can call you back. Every effort will be made to call you back within 24-hours.

Refunds / Cancellations / Exchanges

There are no refunds or cancellations once tickets have been purchased.

If you cannot attend your ticketed performance you make exchange your ticket for a $10 per ticket fee IF there are tickets still available for another performance of that same event. Single-show events cannot be exchanged. To inquire about exchanging your tickets, please email us directly at Feinsteins@HotelNikkoSF.com – please include the name / date of the performance for which you have tickets, the date you would like to attend, and a phone number at which you can be reached. Exchanges must be made by phone, and paid for at the time of exchange. Further proof of purchase will be required at time of exchange.

If you’re unable to make a performance, you may email us with a name of the patron you’d like to leave the tickets under at will-call. We require the order number and the name of the patron who ordered the tickets to activate the name change. Please note: the exchange is not confimed until you have heard back from Feinstein’s confirming the name change.

A Warning: Third Party Ticket Resellers

At this time, Feinstein’s at the Nikko does not issue physical tickets. All tickets are available at will-call only at the Feinstein’s host stand. Tickets purchased through any other outlet may not be honored at the door.

Sold Out Performances

Due to the intimate size of the venue, seating opportunities for sold out performances are rare. Patrons are invited to come to the Feinstein’s host-stand where a wait-list will be started 60-minutes prior to curtain time. Patrons must be present to add themselves to the list.
