Vocalist Anna Laura Quinn was raised in San Francisco, where her musical education began at home absorbing the work of many singers from across genres – jazz, baroque, folk, pop, and art songs. Since 2010, she has called New Orleans home, and it is in that musically charged city that her voice has found its full expression. Most recently, Anna Laura has beguiled audiences from Paris to Boston and Brooklyn to Washington DC with her astonishing radiance, honesty, and what Downbeat called “the inherent delight of [her] vocal timbre.” With three albums to her name as bandleader and arranger, she brings repertoire out into the world that defies easy categorization, moving deftly between highly personalized arrangements of American Songbook gems, songs in French and Portuguese, and surprising interpretations of popular music from across eras. No matter the setting, Anna Laura brings undeniable sincerity, humor, and joie de vivre to her craft.
 
For her Feinstein's debut, she will be accompanied by Walter Bankovitch at the piano; Joe Kyle Jr. on bass; Tomas Majcherski on saxophone, and Marlon Aldana on drums.
