Exclusions / Restrictions
*Ticket exchanges can be made via e-mail or phone only. Exchanges must be requested at least 8-hours prior to concert time. Exchanges from artist-to-artist can be made on a per-case basis. ** Complimentary tickets must be used during your one-year membership or periods of limitation when offered. Blackout dates / exceptions may apply. Tickets valued $85 and above may not be applicable. Per artist contracts, comp tickets may not be issued based on high occupancy. Comp tickets are not available on performances that take place outside the Feinstein's nightclub venue and may be limited on VIP artist events. There is no cash value on comp tickets.*** Members can receive refunds on up to four concerts a year. Refund requests must be made in writing at least two-days prior to the printed concert date and are only good on up to two tickets per concert / event.^^ Discount based on full price room rates and cannot be combned / are not applicable to any special rates offered through the hotel or third party sites.
